[Luceti is seeming strangely busy today, while Kagami doesn't expect to recognize most of the people already living at Luceti something about a lot of these people certainly seems... strange.

She'll be going about her business, stopping by the bakery definitely, she's had a long week and wants to treat herself and then she'll head over to the library. A little after noon she'll be walking back to the welcome centre with a stack of books and a bag of baked goods so you might run in to her then.]

So what's all the commotion in town about exactly? I knew there were a lot of people living here, but I don't even think there's enough space for this many.

[Are you allowed to headspin in the library? Because Kagami might be coming across an aisle in which there is a high school boy on his head, spinning like a top -- though after each spin, he has to put his hands on the floor to push off for more momentum.]

[At first she'll probably walk right past the aisle, barely registering what she's just seen until a moment or so later.

At which point she'll take a few steps back to confirm that she hasn't gone crazy.]

[He pulls his legs together and straight above his head to make a tighter, faster spin for a moment, and then shoves himself off to leap onto his feet. Once he lands, he points with both hands.]
